Blue Diamond Resort, Koh Tao

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The view from my room was lovely, and the pool was a fantastic spot to relax. However, the service at check-in was a bit lacking, and I was disappointed by the situation with breakfast charges, which were not clearly communicated. The room had some maintenance issues which affected the overall comfort, but the air conditioning was effective, and I appreciated the Wi-Fi access.
